If you look at the grading, all of the safer places like Wyoming, Idaho, and Montana got D's and F's. The states with large metro's that have a high crime problem got the A's and B's.
Go figure. How do they explain this rationally???

What grade would you give the Brady website?
It says in there that unless we act fast, the 1994 assault weapons ban will expire in September 2004. Two years has passed and they haven't updated that?
