Reminds me of a diagram I saw in Time magazine when Reagan was shot, purporting to explain the operation of Hinckley's exploding ammo. Of course it showed the entire cartridge entering the body as the bullet exploded.

maybe they were throwing at houses so people could have ammo to protect themselves? Throw both 7.62 and 5.56 cause you never know what type of weapon they may have.

LOL. True that.
Pretty amazing, at least to me, though. Makes me wonder if they really think the whole thing does get fired, since they're always talking about the big bad calibers is seems. I dunno.
