I had some business in Building 303 at the Fairview Ridges complex in Burnsville. The description of the law is wrong. A person who refused to leave would be guilty of a full misdemeanor unless he had a carry permit and was asked to leave for that reason. I suppose he'd need to have a gun too, to get the more favorable charge. |
