Hi all! Big thanks to Andrew, David, Pakrat for attending. Coffee and conversation was great. Andrew and I shared a lane at Bill's. I learned something very important shooting with Andrew. 1. He is a good shot with his Ruger P95. A very good shot. 2. Don't shoot his 22.
Yeah, something's still wrong with the recoil assembly on the Browning Buckmark. It was stovepiping nearly every round.
And I was actually shooting primarily with my Taurus PT111 Millenium Pro in 9mm. For some reason I am finally dialed in to this gun and making fist-sized groups at 21 feet. That's making me happy, `cause this gun took a while to get used to.
And for the record, mo_the_mouse shot very well his first time out with his awfully-light, awfully-nice S&W snubby.
It was a good time, and the Reubens are still good at the Breakaway.
I propose a location near Burnsville, and a time closer to noon, next month, so that there's adequate time to shoot the breeze AND some targets.
