I consider this section more of a General Carry Issues. Not necessarily Minnesota specific... I was thinking about my girlfriend's cousin, 18, most likely going to college in North Dakota. So, if she wanted to get a permit, she'd be able to. Then, New Hampshire doesn't have any age restriction. So, with a ND permit, she could get a NH permit. North Dakota, since the minimum age is listed at 18, makes reciprocity agreements with age in mind. For example, FL specifies 21+ only for ND permitees. But, I don't see that with New Hampshire permits. FL does not specify 21+ only for NH. Has anyone had any experience/anecdotes with carrying (at 18) on NH permits? |
