My boss, who just purchased his first handgun, is looking for a range that is drivable from Eagan. Since I am a norther boy, I was wondering if anyone from the area could point me to an indoor/outdoor range?

1/2 hour south on 35, at the northfield/new prauge exit there is an outdoor range called the South Suburban sportsmans club.
50 bucks a year and 8 hrs of range service to join.

Isn't there a range down by the river in South St. Paul? Newport maybe?
