I am interested in IDPA. I have a long history in IPSC, but that was more than ten years ago. I recently took the carry permit class and suddenly I feel like shooting again. I think IPSC is out of the question, but IDPA could be something I’d like to try. I live in the west metro, but I’m willing to travel as long as I can shoot outdoors. I’d appreciate any suggestions and all information how to get started. |

I would start by checking out the two local IDPA clubs websites: Twin Cities IDPA www.twincitiesidpa.com Minnetonka Game and fish IDPA http://www.mgfc-action-shooting.org/ IDPA national site www.idpa.com The two clubs have different requirements to shoot. Let me know if I can be of any more help |
