She's useless on a number of levels. I'm hoping the GOP can mount a good challenge to her next time she's up for re-election.

Coleman lost the instant his idiot campaign manager (who is rumored to be the next chief of staff for the MN Senate GOP Caucus) went negative. Coleman's voting record was too pro-Bush to stand up to a serious rebuttal, and the campaign tactics were just stupid beyond belief. And yet the operative behind it is the moron that they want to put in charge of a steadily shrinking caucus...

I maintain that the GOP in this state is incapable of putting forth a serious contender for office at the federal level, and will remain so until the old guard is booted out and replaced by younger operatives who don't have their heads shoved you-know-where.

Most of the GOP leadership isn't interested in the opinions or even existence of younger conservatives...I know first hand, and it's pissing me off.

I respectfully disagree.
Coleman lost the instant he voted for the bailout.

Yeah, turning socialist on that vote didn't help his cause.

With ammo prices the way they are and an f-ed up economy it would make sense for an entrepreneur with excess capital to start up a brass molding company. Hell if I could find a venture capitalist to toss me a half mil that would be one helluva business to get into.
