Has anybody here tried the iPhone shot timer app (made by Surefire)?

I've heard decent things, reviews on iTunes are mixed...but most of the negatives seem to be because the 3.0-compatible app isn't out yet (it's under review by Apple, should be out any day).

Random start times, works through headphone jacks so you could put earbuds under your muffs or if you have electronics, plug right in to the input jack on the muffs (critical for indoor use, you'd never hear that little speaker at an indoor range), can learn your shot signature to help at crowded ranges...

Looks pretty cool for a free app. I just need the 3.0 upgrade to come out so I can run it properly.

JudyR downloaded it at the picnic yesterday. Aside from the very quiet buzzer, it looks usable.

Cool. My electronic muffs have a 1/8" jack, and I happen to have a 1/8" to 1/8" cable, so I think I may be set! :D
