9. Fees. FIREARMSFAX.COM will charge a recurring fee of twenty nine dollars and ninety five cents ($29.95) per month for the FIREARMSFAX Services. Such fee will be billed to your credit card monthly, and will continue from month to month, until cancelled by you. FIREARMSFAX may change its fees from time to time at its discretion. If FIREARMSFAX.COM terminates your Membership because you have breached the Agreement, you shall not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of subscription fees.
