I don't know if this has been posted before but its an interesting read. Most people who carry regularly are probably familiar with all the concepts in the article but it's still a worthwhile read (even if you don't agree with everything he says).

Some good points and some bad ones:

1. If You Carry, Always Carry
No. It is an entirely personal choice, and depends on the situation.

Don’t Carry If You Aren’t Prepared To Use It
Sure, but I'd say "willing, if necessary." Too many folks take this to mean that you shouldn't draw without firing, which is incredibly wrong.

Don’t Let The Gun Make You Reckless
Get The License!
Know What You’re Doing

Yes, yes, yes.

Concealed Means Concealed
Ayoob is wrong to say unequivocally that open cary is a bad idea. It has its place, both tactically and politically, and he shouldn't ignore that.

Maximize Your Firearms Familiarity
Understand The Fine Points
Carry An Adequate Firearm
Use Common Sense

No argument here.
