I haven't been having much luck. I've seen a few over priced, older revision ones on GunsAmerica.com, and just an older revision on BudsGunShop.com. I've posted WTB: threads on The High Road, and The Firing Line, and still I've come up blank.
So the question is... where should I be looking? There isn't another firearms show till August in the St. Paul area, and even then I don't think I'll probably find one there. If I were to call up Cabelas, or Joes Sporting Goods, do they have a variety of distributors to check? Or is there someplace else I should be going first? Thanks!

(Just in case-) "PCR" was dropped from the official model name a few years ago. So, I hope you haven't been just asking for "PCR" at shops. (if you are looking for brand new ones)
I bought mine at Bill's about a year and a half ago. I have not been looking at their stock to see if any are there.

Thanks for the tip. I've been giving both names CZ75D Compact, and PCR Compact just for that reason alone. You have a PM!

For everyone else- I responded to questions in a private message.
CZ 75 D Compact (aka PCR) has snag free sights, loaded chamber indicator, extra grip on the front of the slide, black trigger, and the D stands for Decocker (no safety). More 'tactical' than the rest of the standard CZ line.
CZ 75 Compact has a chrome trigger, regular sights and does not have the rest of those.

You might check at Ralph's Gun & Pawn in Ramsey. I know he has some CZs, but I'm not sure of any compact models. Worth a phone call.

Have you considered calling CZ-USA and asking them who might have one on the shelf? Sometimes it's just that simple

Thanks. See that right there is a perfect example of a misrepresented CZ. That's truely a CZ75 Compact (which I now know, I was getting confused, and the answers I received on some other boards only heightened that issue -- long story), labeled as a PCR. Now you can see my hesitation!

Unless you're totally in love with CZ, I would highly recommend a Taurus PT111 (?) Millenium Pro (I THINK that's the 9MM). I just got a PT145 MilPro and I'm quite impressed.

To be honest I'm pretty much 99% set on it. It meets all of my requirements, and comes highly recommended to boot (as all CZ Firearms appear too). I've just experienced some confusion here (mainly due to more than a handful of "knowledgable" CZ guys telling me that the the CZ75 D PCR was the same thing as the CZ75 Compact at one point. I should have paid closer attention to detail, it would have been obvious it wasn't )
I've never been a huge Taurus / Beretta fan, but they definitely have some nice stuff.

They are very similar. A couple of more differences:
The regular compact model is steel, while the PCR is alloy. About a half a pound lighter.
The PCR has Rubber grips. Regular compact has plastic grips.

Hmm, so from what I've found I'll save a minimum of $30 by buying online. Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced FFL transferer (all legal of course, preferebly sub $25). Thanks!

Fantastic. Thanks for the recommendations guys. It's come down to DiscountGunDealer.com and Al's Gun Shop. They have the same prices, so hopefully one will make it slightly more attractive. Both have been great to deal with thus far though.
Thanks to anyone that has provided assistance. I appreciate it!
