Those sections describe C&R guns that have NFA features but are not classified as NFA, I think thats where some of the confusion is coming from.

I'm pretty sure silencers are not C&R as well as many MGs and SBRs and SBSs

i'll sell (not really, only joking) my reising right now for $4,300. LOLOL unless someone really wants to give me $5k for it.

ps, i'm really not trying to sell this gun on this board. merely trying to make a joke, har-d-har.

i just bought an Ingram M6 to replace it.
