A few months ago there was a brief discussion about having more geographically localized meetings occasionally (or perhaps regularly) to supplement (not replace) the regular 3rd Saturday breakfast across the world in the west suburbs. Unfortunately I was out of town for the last two 2nd Saturdays so I didn't follow through, and I am not sure if anyone else did either. So here is an invitation: would anyone like to meet on the second Saturday (July 14) here in the north suburbs for a breakfast? We don't necessarily need a huge crowd--in fact I think there are some significant advantages to smaller groups meeting since it is much easier to meet and get to know more people that way. I could do it any time in the morning, although something like 8:30 or 9:00 would be ideal. We could meet at the Perkins in Shoreview where we met several months ago, or someplace else in the area. Let me know if you are interested.

Saturday, July 14? 9am works better for me but I have a bad track record of making these things so plan accordingly

It sounds like enough are interested to go with it. Please continue to respond if interested so I can give them some estimate of numbers. Shall we say Perkins on Lexington in Shoreview at 9:00 AM July 14?
