Anyone here using the "Friend or Foe" feature of the board, to block select annoying persons from interjecting useless diatribe into their threads? Seems to me it might cause a little confusion if another member were to respond to the blocked party, given the inability to see their comment. Just wonderin' - no particular reason.

I've never used it on the local boards. I have a pretty good list at THR. It doesn't really change one's ability to understand a thread, and if you need to view their posts you can do so with a click. |

Never understood the purpose of that function. You want to ignore what you think is useless, but others that can see the post may wonder why you would not respond or comment. I never use it, so maybe I am completely in the dark as to how the post flow would happen.... |
