...After investigating into the situation, I found that the database server [servername] has since become overloaded and requires our Database Specialist to review the issue. I went ahead and notified the DB Specialist and they are currently in the process of lowering the load as best as they can. Once the MySQL server has been stabalized, I wil go ahead and notify you.....
