I've sent a couple of PMs, the first about 3 hours ago, that are still sitting in my Outbox rather than moving to the Sentbox. Am I doing something wrong?

no, seriously.
The PM's sit in the outbox until the other person checks them. Then they move to the sent box.
That's my assumption anyway.
Otherwise, just blame Cobb
