I am working on it. Joel recommended a specific place, and if that doesn't work a general set of places.
The company I work for is moving today until next monday (yes there is that much shit). Today got out of hand (lack of a sane plan), I didn't have an internet connection and too many people were running around with their heads cut off. Tomorrow is going to be worse, but I wrote down the number and I will try to give them a call (or several).
Will let you know as soon as I know.
Date: Dec 16th
Time: Around 6 pm
Other: I am trying to get a place that has FOOD and BEER

Will this be in the open part of the bar, or in the private meeting room downstairs?

I would say that lets start downstairs. It is not all of that private being that the bathrooms are right there. But having through traffic will be a good thing I think.
