Do you have a time machine to go with it?

Or, as grammar and structure suggest, are they going to be VERY specific and honor only people who prevented violence in one place on one day during 4 hours?

If that's the case, What made them thing the Fine Line during those hours and on that day was so deserving of special efforts? Wouldn't being therethen constitute a "dangerous lifestyle"?
