Might be helpful, if you have enough on your chest facing the sun, you could blind your aggressor with reflection, and gain an edge?????????

Just in case there are those that just have to have one, here is one for Minnesota.
http://www.popguns.com/badge/minnesota.htm
Have been thinking of getting one for a class prop, but just can't bring myself to spend $45 for a prop.
Maybe they will be come a collector's item?

HEY!!! They've come down in price! They're only $36.95 now. At that price, how can you afford not to have one?

With shipping, $45 and some change. Damn, they must be made out of some good heavy metal for $9 shipping.

I believe that such a badge worn on the belt would be most impressive while shopping at Target, especially with open carry.
For trendier stores it might be an option to go for the badge hanging from one's neck on a large chain. Possibly even some sort of printed ID card hung on the chain as well as an accessory.
The upper garment should be navy blue in color, with possibly some large print in yellow across the back. Wording would be optional, but one suggestion would be one line in small type stating "Not From The" and then two lines of very large type stating "HENNEPIN COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE".
Slacks would have to be, what else, some sort of black denim with lots of pockets.

I think those stinking badges would look real cool with my Navy working blues. Sometimes known as "Johnney Cash's". Black pants, Long sleeve button up back shirt, with black tie. Pop that baby on the LH pocket right over the heart, YEAAAAH BABY!
I'm being sarcastic here, in case you didn't get that in my voice.

That's it! I need an outfit like that!

Indeed it did, and I'm glad to give credit where it's due. (I've come up, I think, with a bon mot or two in my time, but wishing I'd come up with that one doesn't make it so.)

I was at the gun show in Anoka this weekend and saw the table that has the $110 CW badges sprinkled around. saw a couple people looking at them and chucking, that almost got me laughing but I almost lost it when I hear one of their sales people say " you know, CZ are the champagne of pistols"
