Perhaps we could use a Good Service oriented Public Servant Forum to contrast the isolated incidents one?

Oops, I put this in the wrong forum, mods please move as appropriate.

Quote: a former Scotland rugby player
This explains it. The only people I have ever known that were crazy and tough enough to try to tackle a bull were rugby players.

There is. It's called On the Job. And it's right below Isolated Incidents.

Good work to PC Turnbull!! (And what an appropriate name, given his actions!)

"The animal was caught in a nearby garden where it was contained and destroyed. "
How?
Was it shot? With a gun? Why not mention that fact? Afraid to report the fact that guns are useful tools?
Pathetic newspaper.

No wonder the Bull was angry.
Quote: The policeman was first on the scene when the bull escaped from an abattoir in Galashiels.
Constable Turnbull acted with complete disregard for his own safety and this was an act entirely driven with the intention of protecting another's life The animal had been described by staff at the slaughterhouse as "enraged and out of control".
They can't say anything in a straightforward manner.

Well, if the English would just learn to speak that language named after them...
