Sec 102 (b) DOMESTIC RESPONSIBILITIES.—The Secretary shall— (5) analyze existing policies, employ successful, field-tested programs, and develop new approaches for dealing with the implements of violence, including gun-related violence and the overwhelming presence of handguns; 
This whole bill is pure garbage. It's just more of the standard anti-American legislation that keeps on rolling downhill. |

Where is the sense in that? What's the purpose of firearms ownership if you're going to allow someone to rob you at gunpoint (nevermind the fact that the robbers are doing so under the auspices of being from the government)? The day there's a carte blanche ban on firearms ownership will be a dark day; either people will roll over and give up the last of their freedom or the last of the true patriots and defenders of the constitution will die in an uphill battle.
