FOX is reporting that Justice Souter is retiring this Summer.... |

This would probably be more appropriate in a different category, but everyone here can rest assured that his replacement with be to the left of Ginsburg and fervently anti 2A. |

Let us hope that the Lord Almighty Obama will nominate someone that will be a turncoat to the liberals as Souter was to conservatives. Bush made a fine choice there. |

I would rather hope the nominee will be someone dedicated to the rule of law and will uphold the Constitution and the Bill of Rights... don't we all really? |
