I hear from Tim Grant that they're going to have to print a bunch more copies, owing to a blunder on the printer's part, and this time my name will be on the cover and inside as the author.

(The blunder was on the index page, on which many of the later chapters were all listed as being on page 8.)

Strange printer error -- if you're giving a printer photo-ready copy, it would be hard to see how that could happen; my guess would be that the printer was also contracted to do typesetting -- but, all in all, a good thing, in that it gets you your proper credit for your book.
