Channel 5 (KSTP) will feature the 1/34 Brigade Combat Team going through their force-on-force exercise at Ft Polk, LA, tonight at 5:00 and 10:00.

Was there at the same time. What a shit-hole! Then again, it DID prepare you for the bigger dung heap that was RVN.

My son is there (2/136 CAB). We tried to watch it but KSAX (out of Alexandria) cut it to put in some local fluff piece. Bastages!
I was a bit PO'd as well as amazed. There are a lot of guys from that area down there. Fergus Falls, Moorhead, Alexandria, etc., all have soldiers at Ft. Polk. I can't imagine them cutting it out of their segment. Oh well.
