I carry what you do minus the spray; it stays in the car. I've been carrying a pocket folder every day for about six months and an irresponsibly bright LED flashlight since around Christmas. It's amazing how many uses I've found for those two items now that they're always at my disposal. I'd feel naked without them now.
When I carry my 1911, I've found that two ten-rounders ride very nicely in my back left pocket; a pocket I otherwise have no use for.

I always carry a spare mag for my P3AT with a light all in one front pocket holder. My primary may get an extra mag, mag/light combo (used today and great for at night) or a double mag depending if I'm going to the Mall of America (more ammo there the better).

There's no shame in that; I used to (not) do the same. Then I realized that it was kind of silly to go to the hassle and expense of carrying a gun without bringing along just a little extra weight that could make all the difference in the world.

No spare magazine,no spare speed loader and no gunfights in the last seven years. Not even at the Mall of America.

I carry a spare mag for zombies. Oh, and for malfunctions.

I am sort of backwards as regards to reloads, when carrying my j-frame I only carry a single speed strip with 5 extra rounds. When I am carrying my 1911 I carry 2 spare magazines.
I am however heeding the advice of Colonel Cooper, he was prone to remark that one spare mag was no spare mags and 2 spare mags was 1 spare mag. I don't imagine that I will ever find myself in a situation where I will need all that ammo but I have had baseplates drop out, dropped a mag on a reload (or malfunction clearance), and other reload disasters.
Plus the weight of the spares and ammo balance the load on my belt.
I also carry a light and a folder most of the time (light 24/7, knife when not at work.)

I carry more than one not for quantity of rounds but for the inevitable "Murphy's Law Moment" when things get stressful.
If I need more than the 9 in the gun, I am in pretty deep KimChi anyway and probably should have been more aware of what is going on.

Always a spare. I never leave home without 31 rounds of .40SW Gold Dot along with the G22 or 21 rounds of 9mm Gold Dot for my new found love I affectionately call XD Subby.
God help me if I need more than that - although I did watch 'I am Legend' again this weekend and realize I might need more...

I cant even remember when the last time I had a flat tire (knock on wood)
But I dont drive around without a spare and wouldnt want to have to go back home for one of either if I needed it.
MNBud not picking on you it just seemed a good comparison.
