This would probably be more appropriate in a different category, but everyone here can rest assured that his replacement with be to the left of Ginsburg and fervently anti 2A.

Let us hope that the Lord Almighty Obama will nominate someone that will be a turncoat to the liberals as Souter was to conservatives. Bush made a fine choice there.

I would rather hope the nominee will be someone dedicated to the rule of law and will uphold the Constitution and the Bill of Rights... don't we all really? :wink:

The new Justice will be lots younger, and be around for many years. Hopefully it will be somebody who uses reason instead of appying doctrine to reach a decision.

That would be a refreshing change.

Not sure if its good or bad (because of his air-headedness), but Biden got put in charge of the search for a new justice. Maybe he will mess this one up too?
