Heck - I don't even know what some of those symbols mean. The wagon wheel? Is that for sons of the pioneers or something?

My guess (based on little knowledge and much speculation) is that the wheel represents the Buddhist Wheel of Life. Not sure.

I think it to be a Hindu symbol. Not sure, however.
