Scott Adams, the creator of Dilbert, writes a really fascinating blog. He occasionally comments on Dilbert (mostly censorship issues) but mostly focuses on taking really complex problems and applying simple solutions to them and watching his visitors go nuts in the commenting area.
One of his more prevalent hypothesizes: There is no such thing as free will.

I'm surprised nobody mentioned "Captain's Quarters" as he is apparently rather well known and a Minnesotan:

Since Dave Barry "retired", the only way to catch his humor is via his blog (when "24" is on the air, the episode recaps are outstanding):

Geek With a .45
http://geekwitha45.blogspot.com/
An intelligent, thoughtful, amusing pro-gun blogger. His volume has dropped to near zero since the election (I think he's quite demoralized), but the archives are excellent.
John Farnam

It's not, strictly speaking, a blog, but John Farnam's "quips, quotes and lessons learned from the field" has all sorts of interesting and useful info about arms, self defense and the history of war.
(Oh, yeah. I made this into an RSS feed for my own convenience: http://www.ponyfish.com/feeds/9929XxkfdxTj )
