Hi again-- Thought I would get my use from this forum from the start--
I just went through CCW and will be carrying a Glock 19 and or a Beretta Bobcat .22-- I am not to fond of inside the waistband carry (carried for to log on outside of belt with duty gear as a MP back in the day) and don't want to have to buy more pants-- So I am looking for a good holster (paddle or belt) for wearing with jeans (Levis 501) -- I have looked at Streichers and the 5.11 new holster looks pretty good--
I am hoping that I wil be able to cover the rig up with a big t-shirt etc. in the summer-- Is this even reasonable?? Any ideas?
Any good holsters for the Bobcat also-- It almost fits in my front pocket but I was thinking about carrying it with a inside the waste holster but the holster would be between by pants (don't like the feel of things down my pants ) and a good belt i.e I would buy a belt a little bigger than my waist and clip the holster between my belt and my pants-- Again any ideas? Is this nuts? Any good holsters for a Bobcat etc.--
Thanks again-- Great site and am looking forward to advice--

Welcome to the forum kpaul.......
5.11 holsters are actually Blade-Tech brand and I happen to be putting together an order for them in the next week or so. You can check out their product line here http://blade-tech.com.
Also you should check out srig's line of holsters he is also a member of the forum and his website is http://www.sideguardholsters.com
and I'm sure you will get a lot of other members recommending him.

THis is the holster I have been using a lot lately, its from blackhawk, its leather, and it rides really nice.
model number is 4202
I have them for Glocks, sigs and 1911's and I like them a lot.

I just want to get it on record that you own plastic guns.
I have a fondness for the Safari Land 328 for my Glocks.

Get a good gun belt and some quality leather and come to the dark side.
I started with a fobus and used it for about 2 weeks, then I found leather.
