Well ... pop another bubble in the Brady bubble machine ...

I thought ... I wasn't supposed to carry because it is EXTREMELY RARE for a private citizen to use a gun to stop a crime ... but I guess "extremely rare" in Brady vernacular means "quite often" in common language. And, this doesn't take into account the greater number of times when the perp backs off in the interest of self-preservation.
