Joel has said it, David G has said it, Joe has said it, all sorts of really smart people have said it. These guys tell you why. The video is long but worth it. After you've watched it do as David C. suggests and tell a friend.
By way of David Codrea's blog.

Just slow, especially if you are playing chess in another window.
That my friends is a great vid. Just had my sweetheart listen to it and she "gets it now". Prior, it had been because I said so . . . and that isn't always persuasive. Now she is on board & knows why. Thanks bkrafft

Good video, I just wish he wouldn't use Stewart and Jones as examples. I have no problem with either of those two going to jail, they were not innocent. If they had pleaded the 5th, they well may have not been convicted...but their convictions were solid.

That's exactly why he used Stewart and Jones as examples. If they'd kept their mouths shut they wouldn't be guilty of lying to the government! They went to jail for talking, not because of anything else they might have done...
It's the same reason Clinton went through an impeachment, not the sex, the lying about it.
The video is great.
The same should be said about 9-1-1 operators if you're ever in a situation where you have discharged your weapon. Tell them where you are and to send police/ambulance. NOTHING MORE.

That was worth all 48 minutes of my time. First link would not work, but that second link downloaded and started playing immediately. This is a must see if you are a carrier!

Good info to know. He's right that when things happen and the adrenalin is pumping, people talk and talk and talk without realizing it.

Try it again- it took me a few tries to get section 1, but 2 was fine.

Just in case anyone needs another illustration:
Quote: Under questioning, Huggett told authorities that Peach entered the house with his arms at his sides and that he did not see a weapon on Peach. He also said he did not warn Peach that he was armed.
